Prerequisite Verification Process Request Form
The Prerequisite Verification Process is to be used by visiting and current students who need to clear a prerequisite in order to register for an MCC class. A visiting student that has never attended MCC must submit an MCC application in order to receive an MCC ID number. Once you receive MCC ID # you may submit your Prerequisite Verification request.
For MCC application questions, you may call the Recruit Help line at 531-622-4357. Allow 1-2 business days for processing.

*If the request is not complete, you will be asked to submit a new request to include all required information.
Contact Center Prerequisite Verification team will review your request and send a follow-up email confirming the registration and/or next steps within 1-2 business days.
